3. Full colour feature sheets.
We take all the information and best photos of the property and create an amazing feature sheet. Potential buyers who come to see the house will leave with all the information in their pocket. On average, when potential buyers are conducting a home search, they can see about three to six properties a day. We want to make sure they have everything they need to remember your property and make it stand out from the rest.

4. Custom designed website for each property.
We put together a customized and personalized website for your property. This website contains everything the buyer needs to refer to in order to remember the property. We put all the photos and video on the site, along with links to the full feature sheet. Information about the neighbourhood and schools in the area, demographics, and statistics are also included. Buyers are privy to great information about the home they are about to purchase.
